"Snowball" is a male neutered, Finnish Spitz of 13 years old, presented for dyspnea for 1 week. He has been diagnosed with laryngeal paralysis 2 days ago. The owner reported he had been vomiting a lot lately. A lateral projection of the thorax is available.
