Diagnosis of Case Study #4

Radiographic findings:
The cranial thoracic esophagus is gas distended. There is an alveolar pattern (air bronchograms) cranioventrally. A severe interstitial to alveolar pattern is also present within the caudal lung lobes and superimposed to the cardiac silhouette. The cardiovascular structures are within normal limits.

Diagnosis:
Aspiration pneumonia
