Dr. Schnabl was drawn to work in a veterinary emergency center because of his desire to impact the lives of his patients. He uses his love of animals to help lead the team of caregivers that serve his patients and their owners, and his greatest satisfaction comes from sending beloved pets home whole again. Prior to becoming a veterinarian, Dr.Schnabl repaired bicycles and snowboarding equipment, giving him his first taste of the satisfaction that comes from repairing and restoring.
Leading the way in emergency medicine
“I was drawn to emergency medicine because I had a desire to help people and their pets when they are in intense, emergency situations. I feel a very h4 connection with my patients and their owners, and that is why I find this field so rewarding.”
Quality of life care
“The most rewarding aspect of my job is knowing that every day I have an opportunity to make a positive difference in the life of an animal and its family. That is why I keep doing this very important work.”
“My coworkers are my biggest inspiration. Every day I work with a skilled and motivated team of technicians, veterinarians and specialists and it inspires me to see how hard each one of them work — as individuals and as a team — in the service of our patients.”
This was our second visit in three years for serious issues with our dog due to disc issues. Everyone at this facility was outstanding. Dr. Comito and Dr. Schnabel were very easy to talk to and helped us understand all the issues going on with our dog. She is now doing much better and we would highly recommend this facility to anyone who loves their pet and gets into a crisis situation as we did.
As with our prior experiences at Vet Specialty, we received compassionate and competent care. Dr. Schnabl and his team were exceptional. Even our bill was a delightful surprise.
