Drs. Noonan and Gritiuc –
Just a follow up note to thank you for the care that you provided this past Sunday evening for Pappy my 7 year old lab. The retriever in him got him into trouble after ingesting (or more accurately inhaling) a corn on the cob. I decided to bring him to your facility after he had been treated in another ER for more than 24 hours. Your staff and the service you provided is without question amongst the best I have ever received. My entire experience from the initial point of contact with Tammy on the phone, Dr. Gritiuc’s examination and decisive next steps approach, Dr. Noonan’s success at endoscopically removing the foreign body to every staff member I met displayed unwavering concern for the well-being of Pappy.
Without hesitation I would recommend your facility and staff to anyone who like me, loves their pets dearly and wants the best available care. I have shared our Christmas picture as well as a “lab version” of the Nativity scene that I thought you would enjoy!
