Can you edit anesthetic time or surgery time retroactively?

The anesthesia time and surgery time do not start automatically – if you forget to start that timer, but want to still activate it (say, 10-15 minutes into surgery or an hour into anesthesia), is there a way to edit the anesthetic or surgery time post-procedure? Additionally is there a treatment line we can add so that once we induce the patient, it automatically starts the timer? Thank you so much!!
