Lag still noted
Is there an update to the reason behind the lag on the Ipads? Today the Ipad is freezing so then you have to refresh the Ipad then synchronize each time. I also had a question in regards to when treatments get missed. Do we have a better system than just marking late and skipping treatments? This is time-consuming and when there is a lag in the tablets this adds up in the time needed to do actual treatments.

The slowness has been reported. In the future, please do not hesitate to email ezyvet@vetspecialty.com immediately and we will report it right away to ezyVet and/or VetRadar.
If a treatment it’s missed, you’re options are:
- Mark it/them as skipped
- Click on the missed item, toggle the “Backdate” to change move the completed treatment to the current or designated time
- For multiple missed treatments in a particular section (Monitoring, Activity, Medications, etc.), click on the top blue bar in the missed time interval, then click either “Skip” or “Reschedule” at the top
