Dr. Sarah Stram’s interest in veterinary medicine was sparked at a young age and was reinforced when she worked at a veterinary hospital throughout high school. From that point on, she felt like it was what she was meant to do. She double-majored in biology and chemistry as an undergrad and felt everything click once she started veterinary school.
She has developed a passion for Emergency and Critical Care as well as Internal Medicine because she enjoys the long-term care aspects of having patients in the hospital. She loves to help clients by talking them through situations and also loves the puzzle of trying to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it. She is looking forward to exploring all of the specialties during her internship!
