They take great care of my little kitty and they are so thorough! Pricing is reasonable and you can rest easy knowing they are taking the best care possible of your pet. Would highly recommend if you need a specialist or after-hours care/emergency.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Dr. Armentano. He is GREAT!!! He has been treating our dog for a number of years. He is thoughtful, patient, kind, and does a wonderful job explaining our options and answering all of our questions. We trust his judgment 110% and are so glad we found him. I wouldn’t want to see anyone else for our doggy’s issues. Staff is super nice as well. I give Dr. Armentano an A+++.

Everyone was very kind and professional. It made me feel Bella was in good hands. Both Sara and Dr. Armentano went to great lengths to keep me informed and to make sure I understood every procedure that was done.

Every single person I have encountered, day or night, on the phone or in person, doctor, technician or receptionists at VSC has been phenomenal. Each person has been kind, thoughtful and professional with my human family and my dog. Thank you for outstanding service!

Such a caring facility. You truly have helped both of our dogs and our family through difficult times.

The veterinarians were better than my human doctors at explaining health issues, resolving them to the best of their abilities, and providing written instructions and follow-up. I like your billing process – evaluating the pet and then reviewing the estimate before proceeding. This level of professionals and facilities aren’t inexpensive – and you do have the best team of doctors and techs. I couldn’t imagine a better place to take your pet in an emergency.

This is THE best place! I’m so grateful for the quality service and friendly care. Everybody ACTUALLY cares!

Everything was perfect! And my dog was happy throughout her visit, almost as if we were visiting friends, not a specialty hospital. Everyone was professional, kind and caring.

It was an ideal situation. My dogs were attended to right away, as they had ingested chocolate, and everything went as beautifully as it could have.

Everyone I interacted with, from the desk staff to the techs to the doctors, has been amazingly kind and reassuring, happy to walk through procedures, prognoses and payment options with me in detail, and clearly dedicated to helping my fur baby get well again. I’ve never had such quality patient care or customer service anywhere in either the animal or human medical worlds, and I’m so grateful I was referred to VSC. I look forward to being back for future appointments with the Nephrology team.

Other than the chilly outside temperature, the experience couldn’t have been better. As strange as the current situation is, it really was pretty efficient and better than expected. I felt like I had good communication from the staff throughout the entire visit.

When dealing with a sick pet, it is very difficult to keep emotions in check. The staff, from the front desk to the techs, to the doctors, were kind, considerate, and compassionate. Having the resources 7×24 and only 5 minutes from my house cannot be beat!

Very well organized considering the COVID-19 issues. We stayed in our car and we still had great communication with the staff in helping our dog.

Our dog, Ella, was very sick with a Fever of Unknown Origin (FUO) and was hospitalized twice at VSC. We were so impressed by the professionals and the care they provided. Everyone made us feel like family as they showed great concern and caring for not only Ella, but us as well. We particularly wish to thank and give a shout out to Dr. Powers, Dr. Armentano and Dena, CVT. These people are outstanding in every respect. Without them Ella may not be here. Their expertise and compassion will be kept in our hearts forever. We hold them and VSC in such high regard, that we have had the occasion to recommend you to others, one of which did seek you out and you saved their precious family member. THANK YOU ALL!

Brett and Lori

In light of recent events with Coronavirus, I thought that the creative idea to have people stay in cars, have vet techs come out to retrieve pets, and have phone call consultations with doctors was extremely professional and well carried out. It is clear that you have not only our pets’ best interests in mind, but also us humans as well.

A very traumatizing experience has been made more tolerable by the VSC team saving my dog’s life. I appreciate the expertise in care and concern for my dog’s well-being that has been conveyed to me. I feel extremely confident in my doctor.

Excellent compassionate care for my sweet pup! Thank you to ALL of the staff for trying their best to keep Magilla happy and healthy during his chemo treatments. It has been a scary road for us but the staff has always been there to give Magilla the best care possible! We will continue to fight this nasty Lymphoma! Hugs to all at VSC. I am forever grateful for your kindness!

VSC is wonderful. All VSC staff from the front desk/valet to the doctors are very compassionate, patient and helpful. You can tell that they all really care about the animals and the owners. The doctors are also very forward thinking which gives our pets the opportunity for the best possible treatment options. No matter the outcome of the treatment with Ike, I am confident in knowing that he is in the best possible place and is being treated by experts who care.

The service you provided from the moment we walked in the door the consultation the findings the surgery the discharge of Delilah everything was beyond excellent. This is a truly very special clinic it’s very calming I just can’t say enough about the facility and of course the staff is the best in the world to me and Delilah. You saved her life for the second time.

Fjord was seen by Dr. Ida yesterday afternoon. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Dr. Ida and the extraordinary team who took care of my little angel. I continue to be amazed by the compassion and expertise you all possess. Your clinic is run incredibly smoothly and has adapted beautifully to the COVID pandemic. Thank you all for all that you do – you are awesome.

Everyone from front desk staff to techs and docs have always taken care of my dog as if she were their own! So happy they were recommended to me!

Have to give a HUGE shout out to VSC for taking such amazing care of my dog, Ike. Ike had previously had a successful TPLO surgery here a couple years ago and when I learned that he may have osteosarcoma in January, I brought him back to see Dr. Robbins. I was able to get an appointment right away and Dr. Robbins was very compassionate, outlined easy to understand next steps and was super patient with all of my questions. After the biopsy and diagnosis confirmation, Dr. Robbins again clearly explained all of the treatment options. I decided to have Ike’s leg amputated and start the ELIAS Immunotherapy treatment. Prior to the big day, Dr. Feinmehl called to explain how the ELIAS treatment would work and to my understanding, Ike was the first dog to go through this at this facility. Dr. Feinmehl was also very compassionate and understanding of all my questions/concerns. She clearly laid out the ELIAS treatment plan, including potential risks, side effects and how they would monitor Ike during the treatment process. Ike was so well taken care of by all of the staff at VSC during his amputation and the several weeks of treatments that followed. He is always so excited to see Leanne, Tamar and all the other amazing staff at VSC. The front desk staff are also amazing and incredibly understanding of the stress many clients are under when bringing their pets in for various scary things. There was one woman in particular, whose name I didn’t get, that always asked how I was when we came in and came over to say hi to Ike, offer water and even brought him a mat to lay on in the waiting room. During his overnight treatment, they sent me pictures of Ike so I could see how he was. Bottomline, there are wonderful, highly skilled, caring people that work here and I’m beyond grateful for all they have done for Ike. I felt like we were genuinely cared about, heard and that Ike’s quality of life was #1 always. Today we got the good news that Ike has no metastasis and we are back to our daily runs. Thank you so very very much, VSC!!

They show great compassion to pets and owners alike!

Best 24/7 emergency & specialty diagnostic clinic around! Always the best care received and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend!
