We are finding that sometimes firewalls set up at various hospitals have prevented emails with attachments from getting through and have ended up being caught in spam folders. If you have had issues receiving our updates, please check your spam folders for our transmissions. In many cases, you’ll need to talk to your email provider to make sure that any email addresses ending in @vetspecialty.com are whitelisted on your mail server. This will enable our transmissions to go through successfully.
