September and October's core value of the month is Creating Opportunity!
October nomination ballots are now open! We will again be highlighting our core value "Create Opportunity." Creating Opportunity at VSC means stretching our horizons, paying it forward, and believing in ourselves. Every day we have the opportunity to teach, learn and grow. At VSC we encourage staff to grow!
Let us know who exemplifies this core value the most throughout our hospital, and let us know why you think your nominee should be the winner! Nomination cards have been placed by the bulletin board and upstairs by the fridges.
Anniversaries
The Anniversary Subcommittee is an extension of the Rewards and Recognition Committee and is dedicated to honoring the longevity of our amazing employees. We host a quarterly, hospital-wide luncheon to highlight individuals who are celebrating milestone anniversaries (5 years, 10 year, 15 years, 20 years, etc.). Can't wait to see you there!
