Threats & Violence: Verbal or physical threats and acts of violence toward staff, clients, or patients.
Consequences of Policy Violations
We understand that pet emergencies and illnesses can be incredibly stressful. However, our staff deserves to work in a space where they feel safe and respected.
Any individual who violates this policy may be asked to leave the premises immediately. Furthermore, such behavior may result in the formal termination of our professional relationship and our inability to provide any further veterinary services to your household.
