February Core Value: πŸ‘ Giving Back πŸ‘

We are excited to recognize this month’sΒ Employee of the Month, who truly embodies our core value ofΒ Giving BackΒ in the veterinary field.

Dr. Wickers is the true embodiment of giving back. The feedback from her peers isΒ incredible and confirms how well-deserved this honor is. Ariel always shows genuine love and dedication to her patients and to her fellow team members. She is described as extremely kind, friendly, polite, and someone who demonstrates compassion in every single interaction.Β No matter how busy or intense the shift may be, she shows up with heart. She is constantly offering support, stepping in to help, and giving back to her team in meaningful ways.

ECC can be fast-paced and emotionally demanding, and Dr. Wickers rises to the challenge with grace, empathy, and positivity. She makes a difference not only for the patients and clients we serve, but for all of us who have the privilege of working alongside her.

Thank you for continuing to live out our core values every day!

Congratulations to Dr. Ariel Wickers 🌟

Coming Up: April's Employee of the Month

April’s core value of the month is also Giving Back!

"We recognize that participating in activities that support our community enriches the lives of our staff. While giving back is important for many reasons, we find that it saves resources for our community, meets critical, local needs, and translates into better physical and mental health for those who give their time, energy, and support."

Let us know who exemplifies this core value the most throughout our hospital, and let us know why you think your nominee should be the winner!

Anniversaries

The Anniversary Subcommittee is an extension of the Rewards and Recognition Committee and is dedicated to honoring the longevity of our amazing employees. We host a quarterly, hospital-wideΒ luncheon to highlight individuals who are celebrating milestone anniversaries (5 years, 10 year, 15 years, 20 years, etc.). Can't wait to see you there!
